Coronavirus Precautions

New Policies for Our Mutual Safety

We are currently living through a period of uncertainty that we’ll never forget. To help support you, our Clients, we have made a number of changes to adapt to these times.

In-Office Meeting Policies

Meetings

Effective March 25, we are suspending all in-office appointments.  We continue to hold appointments by phone and Zoom video conferencing.  If you would like a face-to-face meeting but do not have computer or internet access, ask for your video meeting via our Digital Client Concierge service where we ship an internet and video conferencing equipped tablet to your door in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Document Review and Signing

Document reviews will be conducted through video conferencing services in advance of document signing.  Document signings will be conducted using one of two methods.

Method One

Documents will be shipped to your home or other location and will be signed before a notary observing the signing via video conference.

Method Two

You may come by the office and sign documents in our conference room.  The notary will observe the signing from a distance of greater than 6 feet.  No questions will be answered concerning the documents at the signing.

In all cases, we will schedule an in-person meeting to review your documents in detail, face to face, once it is safe to do so.
