How to Work with Morton Law Firm PLLC Currently
We recognize that many families are going through difficult times and might still need assistance in the form of estate planning support.
Morton Law Firm PLLC remains open and accessible throughout the pandemic. We are still open for business and are 100% virtual and still staffed. Furthermore, if you are not able to attend an in-person meeting or do not feel comfortable doing so, we offer Zoom meetings so that you can have a face-to-face conversation with your estate planning or elder lawyer while doing so from the comfort of your own home.
We also offer a digital concierge service, which is a cellular-enabled tablet that can be sent directly to you for the purpose of a video conference. This is most beneficial for those estate planning clients who do not have the technology to conduct online meetings.
We have remote file storage for all of our digital files, and we now do digital document review via virtual meeting, DocuSign for documents where that is permitted, we have instituted remote signing procedures, and offer a simplified process for quick and limited paper execution of temporary plans until we are able to meet with you in person and finalize your planning.
We know that these can be difficult times and that you likely have many questions. Scheduling a consultation with an estate planning attorney can help you to get some peace of mind about what’s ahead of you and how you can best accomplish your goals.
